Delivery Options

We offer a Free Delivery Service to most UK Mainland postal areas, however due to courier restrictions we are unable to offer a Free Delivery Service to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the following postcode areas, AB IV KW PA20+ PH16+ PL SA TR,  If you would like a quote for delivery to any of these areas please contact us for pricing.

Standard Delivery

  • FREE Standard delivery when purchasing any Standard TV Bed.
  • Delivered within 72 hours when order and payment received by 11am Monday to Friday.
  • Kerbside delivery on a pallet.
  • Delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Please note: With our Free Standard Delivery option on Standard TV Beds we use the UK Pallet network. This is a one man delivery service, the driver will deliver your bed in 3 boxes on a pallet to the kerbside or a driveway where accessible. If this is not suitable please upgrade to our Premium Delivery option below.

Premium Delivery

  • FREE Premium delivery when purchasing any Ottoman Storage TV Bed or Adjustable Bed.
  • FREE when purchasing two or more Standard TV Beds.
  • £55 when upgrading from Standard delivery when purchasing one Standard TV Bed.
  • Delivered within 72 hours when order and payment received by 11am Monday to Friday.
  • Two man white glove service delivered to any specified room.
  • Delivery between 12pm and 5pm.

Arranging Delivery

After placing your order we would like to make arrangements for your delivery as soon as possible.
Before we despatch your order we need to confirm a suitable date where someone will be available to grant access for delivery purposes and sign for the order.
Please call our customer service team on 01206 213757 to arrange a delivery date that suits you.
Our lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

We are unable to despatch any order until you have confirmed a suitable delivery date with us.
If we attempt to deliver your order and you are not available at the delivery address on the agreed delivery date we will not be able to offer a second free delivery.
A new delivery date will need to be arranged which will be chargeable at a cost of £55 including VAT.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem, in relation to the delivery, delayed delivery or non-delivery. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under section 7 of our terms & conditions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being dispatched.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item ordered you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt at your own expense. The item must not be used or assembled and must be ‘as new’ in its original packaging when returned to us. If you would prefer us to collect the item from you using our courier please contact us and we can quote you a price for collection.

If the item ordered is damaged or defective please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days and we will arrange for a collection and or a replacement, we will make good any shortage or non delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund you the amount paid for the goods in question.

If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your credit/debit card account within 30 days.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
